John (pictured above) was decorated with the Mayoral Badge of Honour for Services to the Community in Construction and Charity Work after many years managing residential building companies and donating to the local communities in Greater London and the City of London.

John has a eclectic history of understanding the basic commercial means of driving growth within local communities and pairing this with a home grown support for individuals and families.

Post Covid-19 John rejoined Brian who he had served his Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship with 35 years previously to understand the position of the building game (building industry). John was astounded and deflated to see the demise in education and training in all trades and this was transferred onto some of the projects he and Brian had worked on. 

John and Brian worked on the homes of 'the Beckhams', a £70m home residence, fire doors, cabinetry, and loft conversions, alongside a 1,000 year old church and 500 y/o manor house in Sussex to name but only a few of their works over then last four years.

John and Brian have decided to ignite the building industry with a new initiative to engage homeowners who are planning a loft conversion and also, and with some of the revenue, train new home grown tradespeole in construction, paying for their qualifications and Person Protective Equipment (PPE) and remaining as a point of contact to mentor and support trainees throughout. 

John is now the Sales and Contracts Manager overseeing this project with a local carpentry & construction company. See some of the people who John has previously supported (below)
